About our product

When do you wear samue?

Basically, the all seasons. You can also wear it whenever you want to relax or doing home carpentry because the textiles are tough and it is designed loose and easy to move. If your samue get out of shape by washing many times, you can also wear it as pajamas. Please refer to the "What's samue?"

Is it OK to wash samue?

Yes. But the methods are depending on the materials and dyeing method of the samue. Please refer to the "Cleaning method" of each product's details page or "Cleaning".

Do you sell the tops and bottoms separately?

We're afraid we don't, because we make the tops and bottoms together. We do not sell the tops and bottoms separately (tops only, bottoms only or separate sizes of tops and bottoms) and please be forewarned.

What sizes do you have?

For the sizes of samue, haori and underwear, please refer to the "Size chart". Sizes of other products are mentioned on each page of the product details.


About ordering and shipping

What are the paying methods you accept?

You can pay with your credit card or through PAYPAL with no commission. For the details, please refer to the Shipping Information.

How long does it take to receive the product after I ordered?

The products in stock are delivered approx. a week. It depends on where to ship. After you ordered, we will notice you the shipping code by e-mail. For the shipping details, please refer to the Tracking Service.
If you don't receive your items within 2 weeks, please let us know from Contact Us.
The products not in stock take more than a week because those items take time to arrive. Shipping status is depends on the products. We will notice the details by e-mail after you ordered.
We also deal rare items that cannot be mass-produced, and please note that those items have possibility to take about a month until you receive.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We will not accept returns for any reasons except for obvious initial defects. In cases where products are defective, we will exchange. Returns must be made within 2 weeks after you received. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please let us know from Contact Us when you want to return or exchange items. Please note that we do not accept the products that are damaged or corrupted by customers. Also, please refer to Shipping Information.

*Because of handmade, there may be a difference of about 1 inch. Since exchange refunds will not be accepted, please order on size after confirmation.
