Dispatch

Items in stock usually ship within 7 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail telling you that your order has been shipped. You can except to receive items within 7-14 business days from the day that items has shipped. If you believe it is taking too long to receive your order, Please contact us from our inquiry form.

A back item will be shipped as soon as in is available. We will notify you by e-mail if the item you ordered is on backorder.

If you do not receive the confirmation e-mails within 3 business days, please contact us from our inquiry form.

Shipping charge: $20 anywhere in the world.
We can ship by EMS(Express).(We demand the balance if you hope for a different shipping method.)

About delivery trouble

Delivery troubles have been increasing in recent years.
At our company, in order to prevent erroneous delivery, we will list the total weight on the slip when shipping.
If the product is different or the quantity is different, please let us know.
